Terms and Conditions
To register with us you need to agree to
these terms and conditions.
Payment
1) We only accept payment in Japanese yen
(JPY).
2) We only accept TT (Telegraphic transfer)
for cars.
You can transfer the cost of
parts by PayPal
if it is not more than 50,000yen.
3) You need to pay the total
cost before
we bid on any goods.
You will need to remit the funds within 24
hrs of informing us your requesting
car or parts.
4) Please fax us the copy of the T/T immediately,
after you remit the funds.
We then will begin once we have confirmed
your remittances.
5) Your deposit is still refundable untill
we make a sucsessful bid on items for
you.
However bank charges will be deducted for
any refunds.
Our fee
There is a fee of 50,000 yen for a car.
Per part
〜50,000yen commission: 5,000yen
50,000yen〜 commission: 10% of part price
Shipping
1) We ship the vehicle by the first available
ship after recieving all funds.
2) We will send you shipping documents, eg.
the invoice, the Export certificate,
and bill of lading by EMS (International
Express Mail) immediately after shipping
the vehicle.
3) We send the part by EMS etc.
Insurance
We will place insurance on the vehicle while
it is shipped until it reaches a port
of your country. This insurance only covers
the total loss of the vehicle.
Cancellation
You cannot cancel after we have made a successful
bid for you.
Governing law
This contract shall be governed in all respects
by the laws of Japan.
Other terms
1)We do not inspect goods before sending
out the goods.
2)We do not hear of the complaint concerning
the goods.
3)Please confirm the state of the goods firmly
before requesting
the successful bid to us.
4) We are not responsible for any disputes,
or fees and taxes you may incur,
involving any failures to follow the import
laws and standards of your country.
